My interview gets unleashed!

Just a quick one guys – my interview got released and I’m really happy with the end product I just had a listen to.

IOI’s Aren’t Always Reliable

Here’s something I’ve been thinking about regarding Indicators of Interest (IOI’s). There’s a lot of traditional IOI tests in the community, and from what I’ve seen I am concerned that some guys get a little too caught up in the significance of them. Like any test, you can get false negatives and false positives.
